Perfectly said! I am guessing that he feels he doesn’t have to report in person since he’s declared himself a pro se (?) and they feel they don’t have to obey or honor the rules of this land. I personally think if they don’t think they have to live by the rules of this land that they should leave this land and possibly go to China, Russia, North Korea, Iceland, etc. and if they wanted to go closer, there’s always Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, etc. We live in the greatest country in the world, and if they don’t want to live by what our government says, or by our laws, they could always stop complaining and move. If this continues, I would hope that one day they make a law that if you are not going to obey the laws of this great land then you need to move.Just a thought and just a hope. I am so sick of the court tolerating the deliberately insulting behavior of these clowns, wasting the courts time, and taxpayers money. Contempt with jail time is required to restore some semblance of order. Allowing endless random telephonic insults is counterproductive and feeds the egos of these twits. Time for a judicial reset and an end to the ZOOM fiasco before this becomes a generally accepted way to approach the legal system. Each time a court allows one of these episodes another crew learns how to misbehave for yucks.
@rachxllx22065 ай бұрын
Holding every disrespectful and disruptive defendant in contempt doesn't benefit the judicial economy either. The hearings, jail sentences(right to court appointed counsel), and filing of court documents will ultimately take more of the courts' time and taxpayer's money. They can't hold every disrespectful person in contempt, and in my opinion, they shouldn't. There are other ways for the judge to maintain or regain control of the courtroom, both on and off Zoom. They could put them in time out like Judge Stevens does or put them in the waiting room like Judge Davis. There will always be those ones that can't be reasoned with, and then contempt is necessary. I don't believe contempt is the economic solution you are claiming will restore order.

The "Yellowstone train station" is where they took people to kill them.) They also joked about needing to tie a bag around the head of the defendant's wife (who is also a defendant).
