Dry your fillets with paper towels before breading process. Let breaded fillers rest awhile before frying,

It isn’t, I bought the base model because I wasn’t sure if I’d like the remote but the spot lock module can be added in the future and the price of buying them separately is the same as buying them together. So now that I know I like the remote I plan to add spot lock real soon.
