This was such a wholesome, heart-warming video with Mr RT and Miss Diane joining in. To see how proud Mr RT was to tell the story of his sons coming home to farm with him was really touching. Your silent sunset moment also really captured the beauty of that sunset. Great video, Kelly.

I felt like I was at my Grandfather's 180 acre near Paden , Oklahoma ( originally called 52 Springs ) . He had a pretty big garden but he raised peanuts , watermelons and catfish in the healthiest pond you ever saw . I could go on all day about the things he taught us about hunting , fishing , farming and I miss him so much . He was a firey guy and I called him the last real cowboy . William Henry ( Buck ) McKay . He really loved Hank Williams could sing pretty good himself . PK

Hi Kelly. Incredible location and action packed fishing. Gracious hosts of the Lodge. It's really spectacular and with fresh fish and sweet onions available on the dinner table... it just makes it all come together. Glad you made a video of this place. Kelly , you really hit the jackpot on this trip ! What a great facility. I have been duck hunting in Arkansas on a hunt club that had a similar layout but you had to be the invited guest of a member to get there . This is the best video that you have shot in a long time . Glad you are back in the USA ! The Stanley’s are truly blessed to have created such a super “ home place “ for the whole family that is located right in the heart of their business. They are hard working folks and deserve what they have . Can’t wait to see the turkey hunt .🦃 The hog hunt would be a good watch as well.

Holy crappie!!!! She's 80years old and can still hold her own weight like that. Amazing lady, must be the onions. Kelly it's so nice to see your brother to the rescue. That was great crappie fishing by the way. Kelly sometimes you're soooo cute, a girl like you that catches big fish, dives with sharks, hunts wild beasts and your worried your going to fall in the water or the rope was going to snap or get wrapped. Lol. Loved this one Kelly for the great content.

I used to catch tuna using bamboo rod. The trick is on the lures. The hooks have no barbs on it so when you bring the tuna out of the water, you light the line loose a little and then lure will come off the tuna's mouth.

Omg Kelly! You hit the spot! Nothing like a mess of specks or as they’re called out here in Cali, slabs! Very delicious. Wish they were as big as yours though. Nice bass you got there too. Bass are pretty much catch n release out here, so a 4-5lber is doable. Thank you so much for the sunset! That was so beautiful. Love the expression on your face as you gazed into it…gratitude. Can’t help but be grateful, right. We’re blessed with so much throughout the day and then to find that moment at the end…it just tugs at your heart strings doesn’t it. Thank you so much darling. Anywho…glad y’all enjoyed a good dinner and relaxed a spell. God bless you Kelly. Looking forward to some turkey shoot here soon. Love ya! 😘

These days a lot of people say it has to be 20 acres to be a lake, but "back in the day" a body of water had to be at least 99 acres to be considered a lake, I don't know why they didn't just make it an even hundred. lol.

Great video of an onion farm with a NOT SO SMALL of a lake ! The Stanley family seemed SUPER NICE ! Speaking of Stanley, you should have brought Finley ! 400+ acres to run free, and plenty of fresh water to drink ! I can't believe you finally chomped down on a fried fish tail ? To me, they taste just like a potato chip ! The best part of this entire video was getting to see how ridiculously BEAUTIFUL the lodge was on the inside !!! I actually got overwhelmed, and my eye's started to water ! P.S. VIDALIA ONIONS are my go to for cooking just about everything !!! I hope you think to take some home with you ? They taste SO SWEET !

Good episode Kelly. I especially like the focus on the importance of legacy. I liked the moments of quite you gave at sunset. May I offer a few suggestions. First, slow down, for someone to experience what you are trying to offer, the camera must slow down. For instance, when you were showing the house. It would have been nice to show (a) knife of the collection. You told the story of the canoe but never showed it to us, so we could take it in. The onions were cool, but you didn't offer a close up. You don't have to cover everything but what you do cover cover it in depth . Hope this helps, I'm a fan, just wanting you to get even better. ❤

A suggestion to clean panfish quickly is after scaling, start a cut at anus and cut to where the pectoral fins are and stop cut. Next position fish upright and cut behind the head and down through the backbone and stop the cut as soon as you are through the backbone. Grab the head and pull. The guts stay attached to the head so when you remove the head the guts are also removed. You can use an old tooth brush to remove the blood along the backbone and the white lining. Great video and walkthrough of the lodge.
