Nice video!! Good to see how those brands perform out of a top-tier rifle. Living in California is hard to get rop ammunition brands at the lgs, buying online comes with the hassle of sending it to an ffl and paying background check . Keep it coming 👍

I have just I stalled a match Shaw barrel on my ruger 10 22. I have no trouble with the loading or extraction on most brands ammo you used, except so far all standard velocity. I was very surprised the CCI was horrible in grouping. Thanks for ammo you used.

I have never had luck with cci, how’s that Shaw barrel shoot?

The verdict still out on the shaw. Testing ammo ,unfortunately can't find locally or afford the top grades of ammo. I did have some 5/8 groups at 50 yds not many .Most in the 1 1/4 to 1 5/8 grouping. I'm old also and shaky my rear bag etc. I havnt nailed down yet. No matter what I still enjoy my range time.

The more people start testing their 22s with different ammo I think the better the ammo manufacturers will have to get with the cheaper stuff. They are too used to unloading crap on consumers because most wouldn't know the difference anyway. Maybe times are changing a little for the quality of rimfire ammo.

@@RedNeck_Rimfire a few rounds hurt much. But it does accelerate the wear where the bolt nose/bolt body interface, as well as the lugs and lug recesses.

Thank you for the video. I will ask this question. Do they make a lube for non lubed ammo? I have never seen any but i have never looked for any. You was saying some of the ammo was tough to chamber. Thanks again. 🙂👍

I know they make lube to put on centerfire brass when reloading. Something like that might work. That stuff was dry

I assume the chamber in your Vudoo is a match or custom tight fitting if not matched to the ammo you want to shoot. That being said the CCI was longs not Long Rifle so it didn’t do as bad as I would have expected. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yes it’s a custom chamber from MODACAM. I was reluctant to shoot that cheap ammo lol
