I believe that this soundtrack is truly excellent. Some may argue that it is not as good as the original soundtracks, but I believe they are missing the point. The original soundtracks had shorter, repetitive riffs that looped for only a few seconds, which is why this particular song is so catchy due to its repetition. I appreciate how the levels' soundtracks in this game are longer and more atmospheric, while still maintaining a catchy tune. I often find that "atmospheric" music is used as an excuse for not crafting a strong melody, but in this case, the atmospheric elements of the soundtrack work exceptionally well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this soundtrack and no one can convince me otherwise.

I love how Walter Mair incorporates the Crash 4 theme into each different setting to fit the feel of the world! The dimensional map was amazingly put together - it felt like a combination of the first Crash Bandicoot level selection screen along with the original Rayman level selection screen! Nostalgia memories all around!! 🥰🥰

It may be a while before I get the platinum relics and N. Sanely Relics, but I’ll get there! Overall, the best Crash Bandicoot game and platforming game I’ve played in years, and I hope to play it again sometime soon.
