I haven't had a hard time, although I've heard others have. Some things seem to have slightly-off hitboxes but it's a very minor difference that will only screw with you if you're really, really used to the small things in the originals. - Lewis

What I learned growing up is as a kid I liked play crash more than spyro but in terms of 100% completion Spyro is more fun than crash. Crash is best to be just a casual playthrough. 100%ing the game makes it feel like a miserable experience

Man if they're having this much Trouble imagine the Hell getting all the Platinum Relics will be for them (in their own time I know they aren't foolish enough to try that for the commentary). Currently i'm on The High Road myself and God damn it was Crash 1's level design not meant for Time Trials, let alone the handful of Platinum that are so strict in the time it demands you finish it in. Generator Room, The High Road, and Road to Nowhere I am looking at you! When Sunset Vista is an easier time to get a Platinum Relic than these shorter Stages someone has set too strict a time frame on said shorter stages. I am not looking forward to when I inevitably get Platinum on the High Road and then after beating Slippery Climb, try and Platinum Slippery Climb. (And Yes I am getting the Platinums before moving on to the next stage in Crash 1 because Fuck beating the game and then being stuck torturing myself for Platinum Relics with no fun to look forward to afterwards each time especially since there's no Run power up in the Crash 1 Remake might as well get them out of the way as soon as possible to play the better Crash Games.)
