Gut health is everything. After the Fort Detrick Covid pandemic, I suffer from abdominal & gas pain. Started a Japanese milk Kefir and solved the problem. NMN at 300mg a day change everything. I don't need probiotics from Kefir now. My gut health have improved tremendously. Now I'm on 2 other enzymes, Nattokinese and Serrapeptase. I feel really good now. At 67yrs, my energy is amazing. Play single tennis for up to 3 hrs when ever possible.

Respect! Love Dr. Osbourne. Been eating on a natural course since before Puberty. Started asking questions, making observations as a child.... Dr. Osborne ask the most pertinent questions, and made the interview more releavant to my experience.. Enzymes is my thing. I used to eat pineapple 4 times a week, Then juicing it seemed better . A few months later I added Ginger to the mix to be juiced with Pineapple. +30 I can count the days that I am blooted on 3 hands a rare thing. twice it involved the prostate and the inflamation decreased in less than 24 to 48 hours. I tried to get in touch with you Dr. Osbourne, I want so bad to get Co enzyme A.

Thank you Dr Osborne and Dr Bastidas for sharing your knowledge. I definitely agree that pancreatic enzyme output seems to decline with age, like so many other organ functions, and I definitely agree that proteolytic enzymes taken without food can function as agents of autophagy, to clear out damaged cells and cancer cells. I wanted to mention my experience with "excessive" levels of digestive enzymes, though. If a person eats a bowl of oatmeal and takes a huge amount of amylase, this enzyme will immediately digest the complex carbohydrates into simple sugar, and the person will likely get a blood sugar spike. If a person eats a beef steak and takes a huge amount of protease, this enzyme will immediately digest the proteins into amino acids, and the person will likely have a spike of uric acid. If a person eats a bar of dark chocolate and takes a huge amount of lipase, this enzyme will immediately digest the saturated fat into short chain fatty acids, and the person will likely have a spike of blood lipids. I have had all 3 issues, the most painful being uric acid that escalated for several days and caused needle-like sensations in my lower legs, body chills, and a permanent destruction of the melanin and hair follicles on the skin of my ankles. They are albino and bald now. And I noticed a mental symptom that I call "hyper-amino confusion", so I needed to reduce the amount of protease enzyme that I take each day. Also, intentionally up-regulating absorption of lipids will definitely increase risk of cardiovascular disease. I had 2 good years on the keto diet, and then I started having symptoms of heart disease. I still eat a high fat diet because of its numerous benefits, but I need to be militant about exercise and fibrin-dissolving enzymes such as nattokinase, lumbrokinase, and serrapeptase. I personally suspect this was why Dr Nicholas Gonzalez died of a heart attack; he may have been eating a high fat diet with a lot of lipase enzymes, and the lipids clogged his coronary arteries. Lipids definitely clog pipes and tubes, which is why restaurants have grease traps. I wish you both good luck on the journey of health!

I'm not saying you're wrong, since that's your personal experience, but there's untold thousands who have very positive experiences using enzymes. The fact that doctor Gonzales died of a heart attack isn't proof that he was wrong about enzymes. He could have died because of lack of sleep and exhaustion and extreme stress during his research. There's no one cause of a heart attack and sadly you're making an assumption based on one person experience, your own 🤔

Thank you for sharing that! About 6 years ago or so, I was working with a natural nutritionist, very famous, but he's a good person so I won't mention his name due to my experience. He had me take Serrapeptase, like a high dose, prior to taking it, I never had any issues with my heart, well I started having pains in my heart after that high dose, it was so bad I had to lie down and just sleep it away. I have to go back and read emails to see the dose that he told me to take but it was a lot. I still deal with Angina now and again since that day and haven't taken enzymes since, but I do try to eat foods with enzymes. I can’t buy into “you can just take as much as you want of this and that and it won’t affect you negatively.” One can’t even do that with water. So yes too much of anything has a consequence. Good luck to you on your health journey. I'd liketo take enzymes again but start with a lower dose.

This kind of information is gold. I consider doctor Osborne a living angel on earth. The fact that the enzyme specialist says you can’t just take enzymes and go to subway, gives me hope that doctors like this exist. Great information. I’m struggling with a shoulder injury and I got some kiwi for vitamin C and looked up kiwi as a proteolytic enzyme, sometimes your intuition through mediation can reveal what foods to eat. The doctor mentioned kiwis proteolytic enzymes. Definitely alleviated my pain, I ate 5 of them.

I absolutely love enzymes of all kinds, EXCEPT bromelain. Bromelain is so rough on my stomach. Nausea for just about the whole day, but it's great for losing weight if you can take feeling sick all the time. Serrapeptase on the other hand, along with the other proteolytic enzymes and lipid and carbohydrate type enzymes are absolutely wonderful! I just wish that I could take a formula with bromelain in it, because it is so good at reducing fat/weight.

Haven't quite finished the video yet, but wanted to comment before I forgot about this. So it was unclear if it was specifically the proteolytic enzymes or it could also include the digestive enzymes, but I will say that I had added digestive enzymes to my diet and 1 - it has made a very noticeable improvement to my digestion and 2 - my last CRP finally was not flagged high. At my highest my CRP got to 2.20, it is now at .90 (which I think is still high, but they consider that in normal range for some crazy reason). I will say my sed rate still was flagged at 25, highest being 37. So I don't know, maybe I'm on the path to fixing my inflammation. I also had started carnivore about 4 days before the bloodwork, likely too soon to make an impact, but I'm hoping for good results in the future! Looking into the proteolytic enzymes, but would prefer to stick to animal versions only (so no bromelain which seems to be popular). May have to go with Ancestral Supplements Pancreas product, it has Trypsin in it. Really fascinating topic though, really nice to hear from someone who has made it their expertise. Time for bed and will have to watch the rest later. Thanks doc for the great interview!

It becomes who we are if we allow fear in . I bought your digestive enzymes for my celiac son . Now my other son has a enlarged pancreas . I will be giving him these . His calcium is above normal. I see it has calcium. Do you think that would be a issue ? Thank you 🙏

FYI currently there has been a flurry of autopsies reports of a white stringy frbrin appearing in bodies of young males who had 3 or more injections. This string is joining clots of many inches long. serrapeptase is of particular intrest here as the silkworm it thought to develop this enzyme for its own use in getting out of its cocoon by dissolving it, and this is especially good as a blood thinners and breaking up clots, a note of caution it MUST be taken on an empty stomach this is a very powerful enzyme and can empty the stomach very quickly, so gently, dos it, but, with this alarming "string" currently reported to be found in 30% of cases in young males, and if you have had 3 or more jabs easy up on you fitness,

Absolutely fascinating information, I’m currently taking Creon enzymes for pancreatic insufficiency, also supplementing with HCL, with betain in and pepsin. The brand is “drs best”… this has reduced my ever so often blood hypos … I struggle massively digesting carbs. But bloodwork recently is showing ‘poor absorption’ I eat mostly whole foods, and have a good varied diet with plenty of veggies and fruit. I’m interested in adding a proteolytic enzyme, how do I know wich one is best for my needs… I need to do something quick because I’m struggling with chronic fatigue, insomnia, and a long list of symptoms. Want to also thank both of you doctors for sharing this valuable information. I’m very grateful 🙏 great job ❤

If people with arthritis have too much proteinases it can damage cartilage. You could try a supplement that has less proteinases than the one your currently taking and see if that helps.

It seems to be bromelain, hydrochloric acid and Papain that do it. I am able to take protease. I am taking Theramedix by BioSet. It’s a systemic enzyme. I have terrible trouble digesting and have started making my own pickles thinking that would help with the process.. I just don’t know why the digestive enzymes bother me so much. I do have Gaucher’s disease, so maybe that has something to do with it.

The enzyme question would be better off as to a naturopathic doctor because they get people in there who are on those medicines put them on enzymes and then take them off their medication’s because they don’t need them anymore The medical doctors always going to fall back to what he knows. A naturopath is going to know how the body works without medicine, but with herbs and nature itself.
