Hmm, at the start of the video ANOTHER car switches lanes and bumps into Tesla - Tesla's fault? Sure... When the car blows throught the STOP sign - he forced it by pressing gas, as he clearly states. Ignoring a stop sign is as bad as running a red light - but for some reason he thinks the car was stopping for nothing. It stopped afterwards because it was trying to do so while he was pressing gas. The video should be titled "I am a bad driver, but I blame my car"

THE FSD is on beta. You should know that and be always aware of your surrounding etc. Tesla tell you this when you buy/activate it. If it crash it’s the risk if you are not looking around, etc. Next time don’t be one of those who think that fsd is perfect, it’s still on beta mate.

You have beta version 11.4. Version 12 is a full overhaul of the entire methodology for self driving. It isn't a scam, it is a BETA product that does a better job of driving cars than anyone else's software. Testing it for the first time in heavy traffic is ballsy

At the current rate of progress it will be ready by about 2126. E.g. let's say last year it had 1 disengagement about every 10 miles and this year it's like every 15 miles etc. How many years before it gets to say 1,000,000 miles like someone would expect from a 'better than human' driver. Unless progress suddenly becomes exponential, it's unclear how long it's going to take.

To get to that level it needs to be certified in the various states to work that way. Look at all the limitations imposed on Mercedes to be able to get level 3 certification, with many more sensors on the car as well as all the education they have to do around emergency services (such as specific exterior light colors when auto drive is active and what to do if they encounter a car in auto drive) and I can say with 100% certainty that this Tesla will never get there, at least in a way that can be certified.
