They should have tested the pizzas that are available at stores that have locations everywhere. Our family favorite is thin crust Red Barron pepperoni and we add onions. I like to make my own out of flour tortillas, a good pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Inexpensive thin crust pizza made how you want it.

Use an old pie pan. Dont wash ever. Just keep preheating it before adding the pie. (Cured). Makes the crust, more flavourful.

Dg's Detroit style frozen pan pizza is the only frozen pizza crust I think is decent and doesn't taste like cardboard.

There is a relatively new one, at least where I am, Motor City Pizza, it’s kind of deep dish but not too deep, it’s very good.

You can say frozen pizza tastes like the trash-pizza you eat in Nashville and the rest of the south, but even the $1.50 slice in Manhattan blows away any frozen pizza on the market, lol. The funny thing about the south, they love pizza but still haven’t figured out how to make it consistently over the last several decades, that says something about the education and fortuitousness of the people there, but I guess the most obese states in the union will eat anything, lol
