Thanks guys very helpful. I’m looking at buying me a big bag of live crawfish and wanted to know the best way to store the bag. I’ll probably clean them and boil for 5 min and freeze in bags

I don't understand the design of the corners of your boil traps. The corners appear to be boxed in to support the ramps, yet the crayfish still get in there. Can you explain the design?

My son made his first traps! Not the best but working! How much do those traps cost might try to afford one for his birthday.

Can I freeze live crawfish? I’m thinking about ordering 15 pounds, cleaning them and then freezing the half that I don’t boil.

Great way for re warming is a sous vide. Works great on bbq and I am sure it would have the same results with Crawfish.

wonder how freeze drying the meat would be....
@ryanmoore27963 жыл бұрын
we just bought 30lbs, cooked them all and only ate half... We are in the process of de-shelling them right now to store the meat. mmm so good. It is hard to save that meat and not eat it, lol
