With us, stone drains were built to form a stone “pipe”. Usually a flat stone on the bottom and another flat stone at 45 degrees both sides to form a triangle.

Other than the videos do you make any notes of where the drains are, the state of them and any modifications for future reference? You could use the tractor's GPS for coordinates of where to dig it up to add the pipe T piece in the future.
