Crawl space vents; open or closed?

why not pull air out of the attic and blow it down into the crawl space all year around

All videos refer to hot, humid air. What about hot, dry air as in CA?

Dry air can effect the air quality of your home. The home does breath from the ground up so those vents are still doing more harm than good.

Crawl space/foundation vents should be permanently closed and the home should be sealed of from the earth below.
