Seems like a low gear lock-out is in order, Maybe a spacer between High gear and the shift slider? Great video!

As far as I'm concerned your Ryft is the one all others are judged by. I'm gonna get one from my local B/M store as soon as they arrive. I've already ordered a Castle combo, 2 speed conversion and HR sway bay kit for it. Right now I'm thinking a 15T pinion gear would suit me fine. None of the climbing I plan on doing with is too technical. I might buy a Wendigo kit to utilize the electronics that come out of the Ryft. I'm hoping these will help cut down on some of the stupid abuse I put my crawlers through 😉. Probably not. Keep up the great work. 👍

I got my 2speed didn’t know it didn’t come with the servo but should’ve kinda figured that with it being $20 lol. So I haven’t installed mine yet. I see why guys burn up motors though if I run mine kinda hard the bottom skid plate gets so hot you can’t touch it so I’ve been running 3s i have a 13t I’m thinking of trying out.

I’m 50/50 on getting a 2 speed for my bomber, or I might just get an under drive gear for the rear.

I had two speed on my bomber and actually enjoyed it. Low gear for crawling and trailing and 2nd gear for when i wanted a lil more go go. I had a 3100kv tekin roc412 in mine

You’ll need a micro servo. I did the instal with a 99micro and had to heat and bend the horn to work
