I use Mi A2 Lite and its brick now ( system has been destroyed ) when i open fastboot mode and connect to my laptop its not found my device. What I find interesting is that after I unbricked me phone, all the settings and apps from before it had been bricked were preserved. I mean, it had literally said "the system has been DESTROYED" and after I'd unbricked it, everything was there... 🤔

As far as I know there is no need to install ROM after unlocking the phone's bootloader. The phone will boot successfully on the home screen. But this is only for when you lock the bootloader of a rooted phone.

@@madhumathi6910 ya I had resolved the issue Actually I have the Indian variant of the device (there were 3 variants the global one , Indian and a Chinese variant code names for them were whyred(global) and Vince(for indian and Chinese variants) redmi note 5 Indian variant is the same device launched/repackaged in China by the name of redmi 5 plus so you are required to download the flash boot rom for redmi 5 plus(just be sure that there is Vince in the name of that file)and it will work for you and probably we ain't gonna receive any ota updates afterwards 🙃

That means your phones bootloader is locked. You need to unlock it first

Hello Bro i have Redmi 5 plus or redmi note 5 (vince) My phone bootloader was unlocked for 2.5 years One day i flashed fastboot rom becoz network was not coming so while flashing i forgot uncheck clean and lock all button so after flashed my bootloader got locked. Now the problem is i cant add mi account in mi unlock status becoz it requires sim card and i cant do that I tried both official and unofficial method but bootloader not getting unlocked So if i want to unlock my bl do i have to Brick my phone like you did in your system destroyed video ?
