Back with another in this no repeat mini series and now smashing a 10 Minute Workout no repeat chest workout. Grab our 5 FREE Dumbbell Mini series right here zeusfitness.co... (includes a 52 recipe incredible nutrition pack)
Just like the other workouts, this no repeat chest workout with have 10 exercises smashed in just 10 minutes
Again with each exercise, we will be hitting 40 secs of each with 15 secs rest in between.
I am using a bench in this workout , but if you do not have a bench you just use the floor , a chair or edge of your sofa for certain exercises
In this one we will be splicing a slightly heavier lifting exercise with a more sculpting exercises
I suggest having a couple of dumbbells on standby , going slightly heavier on the heavier lifts like chest presses, incline press etc and a bit lighter on the sculpting exercises like the chest fly , low fly and crossovers
So that's us ready to ROCK
