I’ve wasted so much money trying to get this kind of treatment. No chiropractor I’ve been to has shown this much care and spent this much time. I’ve never once had one actually check to see if movement/ flexibility has improved. Never once have I had a chiropractor address muscle/tendon tightness. This man is an absolute saint and in my experience an absolute rarity. This is the level of care I’ve been searching for for years.

@vargtro5 жыл бұрын
@@marilynseptember21 try something that seems weird, try just standing (after you've had the adjustments prefferably) and try feeling your body about 20 minutes per day, try to find where you have your back most relaxed, where you feel most comfortable, try stretching your arms and twist them outward from your body while keeping everything centered. This is an old chi gong excerice and will help you make an adjustment to find a better natural posture through repetitions. prolly wont help you if you already have problems though in which case you'd need an instructor.

I'm 24 years old and my family has a history of back issues. I've gone years just letting my aching back linger. Just standing for long starts hurting my back. I work at an Amazon warehouse and I unload trucks and after an hour or two in, my back would just feel like it was done for the day. I finally went to a chiropractor and just from one session the difference was amazing. I almost wanted to cry. I slept like a baby that night. Although I could use another treatment (I'm too poor to get one at the moment) just from the 4 sessions I recieved, I finally feel like my back is working the way it should. No more constant aches, random knee cracks, and lingering shoulder stiffness. It's amazing. I wish treatment like this was more supported. People make fun of chiropractors as if it's just a silly practice until you're me and can barely sleep because your back is aching in every position.

I remember after my third back surgery, i couldnt move my left arm at the shoulder, elbow and wrist were fine, and despite being a nurse, and knowing a lot of medical professionals, no one could figure it out. Went to see a freaking podiatrist about some issues with my feet, and he had this other person come over, who was trying on shoes, who grabbed my arm, pulled up over my over my head (AGONY) and the next thing i know, there is this 'pop' and the pain is gone. "They probably had you laying with that arm outstretched during surgery, and something was tweaked. Come see me after your next surgery." Went to the same chiropractor for 4 years. She was amazing. Not gentle by any means, but she always got results.

Danielle Terry - but it’s so hard to get some people to believe that. I go once a month for years now, and my regular docs can’t understand why I’m in such good health at 59 with no meds or chronic conditions yet. I recommend it to everybody I know who complains about back pain, hip pain, etc, but they always balk at going. They would rather fill themselves full of drugs and have surgeries. Admittedly,those things have their time and place,but should be a last resort. I would be thrilled for my father to have been a chiro.
