Caroline and this community have inspired me to commit to myself in a way that I never have before, and I’ve been working out since I was 13, I’m 35 now. This is the strongest I’ve ever felt physically and mentally. These workouts have strengthened my self esteem most of all. Every time I feel like I can’t do it, but then I do it, and my belief in myself grows. I love you Caroline for what you have given me and the world. Thank you.

I have been longing for a light-hearted cardio session with Caroline for a while, and this one looks like such a treat. Gonna do some yoga to wake up, have coffee and then get straight to it, i think! Ready to sweat and have a good time doing so😊 EDIT: Just finished and LOVED it! I came to realize that i really enjoy such a format for cardio as today's one, I'm stressing out about my speed much less and can really concentrate on the moves and breath. This cardio was a great way to get my heart rate up without needing collapse after! Caroline’s last cardio was harder than her HIITs in my opinion so I was a bit anxious beforehand, especially because I am a little sick. Despite being sick I wanted to get a little activity in to clear my sinuses and this was a perfect workout to challenge my body yet not feel drained. THANK YOU CAROLINE for all of your awesome workouts and for the variety!

Juste WOW WOW WOW !!!😍😍😂 Moi qui il y a deux ans ne pouvais pas marcher 10 mètres sans m’accroupir de douleur en raison d'hernies discales !!! entre ostéopathe, posturologue, kiné, médecin spécialiste, clinique du sport, chiropracteur, rhumatologue, infiltrations et j'en passe !!! J'ai fini par consulté le bon qui m'a "sauvé le dos" avec une infiltration bien localisée et ses conseils pour la reprise du sport en douceur... et là après 7 mois d’entrainement progressif mais intensif j'ai réussi le finisher et pour moi ces jumping jack c'est énorme!!! Mais tout cela grâce à toutes les séances Caroline et la motivation et aussi ses alternatives qui m'ont permis de reprendre confiance et muscles pour arriver aujourd'hui à une séance au TOP de ma forme!!! OK, so this workout was insane, but I think the craziest part for me is that, aside from one break after the sprawls to blow my nose, I didn't stop outside of any interval aside from adjusting my position; including the finisher. It took me 34 or so minutes to do the whole thing up to cool down. Today was a SOLID 9.8/10 for effort. I cann't believe we did 100 jumping jacks as a finisher after all of this madness🤣 Thanks a mill, Caroline! I loved it!

Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from Next Level Diet. They are even providing an home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I believe I made a decent progress. Bunpy session for me today, I slipped on my sweat drops during the cossack squats and almost pulled my abductor but managed to get it together, ouch. Loved every excercise, the variety and the way the flow, I am SO loving the finishers on the series, this week was tough! I had to take 2 full rest days, wednesday and saturday to make it but hey, I pushed through like Caroline says. Everytime I have to dig deeper I remember Caroline saying "just try to relax into it" and it is really working for me. Have a great sunday Girvanators!

That was a whole lot of FUN!! Loved it! Added it to my favorites😍!! Loved the triset format with the 3rd set being a repeat. My favorites were the crouch to stand/crouch to planks, alternating plank to pushup/alternating plank knee touch, all the kicks, sprawls ("easy" is the mindset when we aren't doing 100 reps😆), lateral lunges/cossacks, and walkouts/deadstops. So basically all of it😂. I had fun with every triset. The finisher was perfect. You went to town Caroline! My calves started burning at about 70..but held on and got the 💯! What a great, TOUGH week! I loved it! Week 3 officially smashed👊🏻! Thanks so much Caroline. Can't wait to see what is instore for week 4. She you tomorrow😁!

I decided to do a random KZbin workout yesterday for the “active rest day” with a different trainer and I gotta say, it was just ok. Nobody pushes me like Caroline does. It wasn’t challenging enough even though I used heavier dumbbells than they were using. Not trying to brag, my point is that Caroline’s workout are far more complex and thought out. To the point of thinking, “I’m not gonna make it!” But I press on challenging myself all that much harder. Doing more than I thought I was capable of and feeling so very accomplished, that with every lift or squat I am making a difference in my body. But when I was finished this different workout (NOT Caroline’s) I felt like “hmm, that’s it?!” Where as when I complete any Caroline workout I’m like: “whew, I am spent!” Just wanted to say how wonderful Caroline is and I am so happy to have found her! We are all so very spoiled, and I can’t go anywhere else for my workouts! 😃

Same goes for me too. I dreaded lunges and never really enjoyed it. But with Caroline, it's a LOOOOT of lunges. And eventually I got a hang of it and I'm the happiest when it actually starts to hurt XD

I'm writing this dripping in sweat 🙂 Awesome Cardio Caroline, I must admit I had actually been dreading this after week 1's cardio, but I kept up all the way with this, only that very last ladder at the end defeated me. Loved the finisher, amazingly managed to keep up but was seeing stars at the end 🙂. Feeling amazing now, thanks for another week of pushing us to our limits and making us all feel EPIC. xxx

I was dreading today, as I typically struggle to do the HIIT and Cardio sessions, but today I was so happy with myself! It's all those fantastic strength workouts Caroline has primed us with! THank you Caroline!! Woohoo! I'm walking away from my home gym feeling really excited!

I think this is one of my favourite cardio sessions yet. I really liked all the coordinated moves, plus the triset format with 30 second breaks made it so much more manageable with that extra recharge time. A tiny struggle with the rainbow kicks until I got the balance figured out. I had a feeling jumping jacks would be today’s finisher since it was Tuesday’s add-on. I noticed myself slowing down and not keeping pace with Caroline around 75 jacks, I think, but decided to kick up the energy to finish at the same time. Looking forward to Week 4!

I was not looking forward to cardio but that was great! I was a little concerned with how Caroline jumped back into those planks every once in awhile. Seems like her back was dropping quite a bit in order to go fast. Have a great day, everyone!

I loved the finisher for today i did all of it without any break, and I’m proud myself. Thank you so much caroline. Oh and this is the first time that I didn’t complain about the cardio workout, usually i hate anything makes me tired but today I’m feeling good

I was just having so much fun I did two sets of walkouts. Oops! I almost never do her cardio workouts (I have a Peloton) but I wanted to do something different this morning, and I'm so glad I did! Got to try some new moves and I really did have fun. Thanks, Caroline!

This is one of your easiest and most fun cardio workouts. My heart rate was up the entire time but it was totally manageable. I would definitely do this again 😃
