Here we go! It’s TABATA time! Short bursts of high intensity! Pace is the PACE that challenges YOU!
Cardio with bodyweight resistance, elements of endurance, explosive movements, co-ordination, stability and strength all combined to make for a sweaty 30 minutes!
The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work, with 10 seconds rest inbetween!
We repeat each exercise for 4 sets, however most of these exercises are unilateral so it equals 2 sets per side, switching side each set!
Due to the fact it’s only 20 seconds, the need to focus on sustainability is lessened and you can just go for it!
If an exercise involves jumping, a low impact alternative will be provided!

X50 ALTERNATING HAND SPRAWL
X50 HAND SPRAWL!
The finisher is essentially 50 reps of alternating hand, then 50 reps of both handed sprawl at the moderate pace relevant to you!
I suggest on the screen for the low impact option to perform stepping back instead of hopping and both hands placing on floor for entire 100 reps as apposed to 50!
I thoroughly enjoyed the fact each set was ONLY 20 seconds! Go for it and feel so proud after!!

I loved this one! I have to admit, by the end I was almost crying, and my 3 year old started encouraging me with, “You can do it! You can do it!” I love that my kids enjoy watching Caroline’s workouts, and even more, they get to watch me struggle with something and keep going and get stronger over time.

That was by far the hardest of the 100 finishers. Thought i might puke or maybe just cry. I finished though!!!!! Feeling pretty EPIC! Thanks, Caroline

Tabata has always been my favorite type of HIIT... I love the fast pace and the shorter intervals are not to be underestimated! Week 2 of EPIC Endgame has been amazing, thank you Caroline!

my favorite type of hiit training!! I loooove tabata hiit because before you can even think about quitting, the exercise is over!! I love it!!

Impossible to feel anything but 🎉EPIC🎉 after completing that finisher!! I looked ahead at the description and thought "not sure I can make that happen", but even though I could only go at half Caroline's pace, I did it! I'm loving these 100 rep finishers, each one feels like an accomplishment, and it's such a great way to get more familiar with a movement. EPIC Endgame is really showing me that I'm capable of more than I realized, so thank you Caroline! P.S. i think at the end of Endgame we're going to need some new EPIC merch with 💯 featured somewhere prominent on it to commemorate all these killer finishers. Who's with me?

This was the hardest one so far. I can’t do one handed Sprawls so I did 50 normal sprawls und 50 burpees instead. I am ☠️ right now. But never felt so good and strong before in my entire life. The first two weeks of epic endgame changed so much in my life! Thank you Caroline ♡

I had a friend of mine join me for the workout today & I’m telling you, we both were dead after that finisher. Mentally we knew it’s only 20 seconds of work so we really pushed ourselves and during the abs section, I was literally running to grab my mat 😆 That was such a fun filled sweaty session!! I can say that this was one of my favourite Tabata sessions of all time! The selection of exercises was just superb. I love the functionality of moves, their fluidity and how amazingly complementary they were. The finisher was once again brilliant - loved the combination of alternating hands and then full sprawls, it helped breaking down the monotony of 100 reps. Week 2 was fantastic , I love that it included so many elements from previous epic programmes. I am excited for week 3!

@@matthewalmond8274 Well, Caroline is a machine! I could keep up with her during alternating hand sprawls but during the last 50 she beat me for 5 repetition. So I needed extra 20 sec to complete it after the bip. It is just important to have in mind that this is us versus us race, so sometimes we are faster and sometimes we are slower. At the end of the day consistency is the key!

Morning Matthew preferred today that last Sun even though I was under pressure for a lot of it esp the finisher🤮🤮 as you said it is superbly varied and formatted. The one arms sprawls I did as two armed the whole way through and even then I had to pause the video at the end to finish after Caroline. She really is a super woman. I have just done the ab add on too while waiting for it to get bright then will head out for jog. Have a great day and see you in the morning for wk 3 already😱

This was the hardest video until now. But I didn't quit. Instead preferred the lower impacts which also made me feel all the moves just fine. Thank you very much Caroline ❤❤❤

Normally Im guilty of skipping the Sunday cardio workout since I cant get myself to push completely through. But this one was perfect. I really like the Tabata timer 20/10 then I can really give a 100% and cant think of stopping halfway. Thank you for this one it was fun and the time went fast! I’m really looking forward to next week ☺️

I have to say I really felt I will not do it, the 100 reps finisher was the hardest so far. am proud of myself I took breaks, but kept going. Thank you fo that brutal Caroline-;))) 367 calories burned, off to the bonus now

Caroline, this was BY FAR the most technical Tabata I've ever done! So very challenging! I'm not sure if there are tears or sweat dripping down my face right now. Probably both. Every workout you give us is a gift, and Im forever thankful

My gosh, this was INTENSE! My heart is still beating and my fingers are shaking, I can literally hear my heart pumping up to my head! Especially that finisher... @@anthonycarson2541 I have a damaged shoulder Anthony 😔🥴. So didn't even attempt the one handed ones! I'd have been flat on my face 🤣🤣. Right shoulder is complaining and can't take much weight!! Still didn't make it any less difficult with a 100 regular sprawls!! Here comes week 3 ✅👍💥

Really liked those side planks explode to open! 👌🏻 Music was brilliant, fun finisher ... it flew by! Finished with the abs add-on and 'unwind' stretch. No better way to kick off a Sunday morning!

I've done all EPIC programs and this HIIT is my favorite. The timing of 20 seconds of HIIT and 10 seconds rest was the perfect pace for me to work my absolute hardest. Caroline, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

Those 100 rep sprawls were just INSANE!!! It literally took me double time to finish all of them and I don't think I will ever want to do it again anytime sooner.......... lol. So crazy. Caroline is just amazing. Thanks for this great challenge!!!!

I love Tabata timer hiit! It’s so fast you don’t have time to think about the fatigue😂! Time flies! This one almost "unilateral" is great as all those that you proposed Caroline, I really liked the exercises.... Some of them we had not done for a while 'time! Enjoy relaxing Sunday everybody !

After a while, it was difficult to maintain proper execution in plank.... But It's official: I love Tabata, so fast so fun and I love final 100 reps!!!! Ready for a solid leg session?? I loved this workout! A lot of technical movements that make the workout targeted and entertaining. Challenging finisher I needed a couple of breaks but overall I’m very satisfied. So many thanks!!!

Love, love, love….I’ve been doing your workouts for about 8 months now and I received the ultimate compliment from my daughter’s soccer (or should I say football 😉) team. I was standing on the sideline in a tank top, watching one of her games and they told her, “Wow…your Mom is jacked!” I’ll be 56 this year and I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to you! ❤️

Ooo gurl! I got to admit, I always dread cardio workouts because they are my weak point. However, even though I still strugglebus Caroline's cardio workouts always leave me feeling drenched and filled with endorphins! Thank you so much, Caroline. This is such a great program and I'm so glad I found you this year. Can't wait for leg day tomorrow! (Never thought I would say that in my lifetime haha)

Oh man the tabata was great! I absolutely died on the sprawls though :') Had to take a lot of breaks (I got lightheaded quite a few times lol) but we made it eventually! Great work everyone. Stoked for week 3

I'll work my way up to this hellish finisher sometime soon I hope 🤣 This was brutal defo need to work on my cardio again cause I struggled a lot and felt weak doing the sprawls I didn't even finish because I just couldn't. But I showed up and tried my best and that's what matters ! 💪

This Tabata was a killer. OMG what a sweaty session!!. The finisher… those one hand Priels were very challenging i could nor imagine i will do 50 of them. What a nice we all had. I am ready for week three

Hi Caroline, I have been following you since the start and you always make me feel shagged whacked after the end of each video. been from the northeast it’s great to see a fellow neighbour spreading the keep in Shape joy on KZbin. Just bought some 10kg weights as I started on 5kg and can not beleave you push 15kg whiteout a sweat in some of your videos . Keep up the good work. Love the videos.

Wow! I'm impressed to have finished this and for it have gone as well as what it did. Solid 9.5/10 for effort and difficulty, I did take a pause of about 30 seconds before the curtsey lunges and every few sprawls duirng the finisher. Loved the flow of exercises! This was the first time that a tabata HIIT workout felt doable to me mentally. The shorter intervals and switching side makes a MASSIVE difference! Thanks a mill, Caroline! Finsher: single arm 10 - 15; both arms: 20 - 30 (this was insane, just by the way). It took me roughly 45 minutes with warmup but without cooldown

That was super tough. 20 seconds doesn't sound long, but seems forever when your HR is Hugh and your muscles are burning. Loved that led down explode move (can't remember the exact name) harder than it looks and felt like a full body move. Enjoyed, but glad it's done. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How do u make 50 sprawls looks easy? - By doing 50 single hand sprawls before them ! What a superbly crafted workout , loved the alternating upper-lower body exercises so we r able to maintain the tempo ...and able to complete it ... Thnx again Caroline !!

Wow, this was killer but so satisfying, every second felt so long but the workout went by so quick! I still had 20 sprawls left after the buzzer but still pushed to finish and wanted to cry afterward! Thank u Caroline for making me so strong physically and mentally! Felt like superwoman today! 💪🏼💛

feeling amazing after this workout!!! i think this is my first comment in 2022 so i just also wanted to add that i am extremely greatful for this community and of course caroline; even tho the last year was hard on probably everyone these workouts and getting a healthy fitness routine really helped me improve myself to my best physical and mental state and i know many others in this amazing community are probably in the same situation! lets all have an amazing 2022 and continue improving ourselves!

I got tested positive for Covid so had to sit the friday full body and obviously this one out too. Not doing Caroline’s workouts with the rest if the world made me realise how addicted I am to this entire community.
