Matt, you missed this rig's best party trick; the outside TV. In the bay with the door that swings up, there was a handle at the top of the inside of the bay. It pulls out like a drawer then tilts down for viewing taking up very little storage space. Also, as noted the model is 3927. This is easily identified on the left side of the entry door. The nomenclature used is the length of the RV - 39 ft and the floor plan 27. The entire Newmar line uses this method. The suspension setup is unique in my opinion. It has rear air suspension and leaf springs in the front coupled with air brakes which further differentiates it from the Outlaw. Lastly, the cargo capacity is 5,400 pounds. As a side note; in Newmar-land they denote their luxury models with the exception of the Essex by including "Aire" in the name (King Aire, London Aire, Mountain Aire, Supreme Aire, and New Aire). Non-luxury units with the exception of the Ventana, include "Star" (Dutch Star, Kountry Star, Canyon Star, Super Star, Bay Star, and Bay Star Sport)

Hey Matt and Andrea! I have to tell you: I AM SUPER EXCITED BECAUSE MY BRAND NEW CANYON STAR 3927 WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK!!! My wife and I will start our trip accross america early November with Dumbo, our future big toy. We plan to visit as many National Park as we possibly can over the next 9 months. I want to thank you so much for everything you guys do. Before deciding to go for the Canyon star 3927, we must have watched over 200 hours of Rv videos and your channel was simply the best. We have been looking for the best possible toy hauler option and we just fell in love with the Newmar. It’s funny because We talked about offering to do a review with you of the Toy hauler as it was not done before. It would have been fun. But I was very happy to see this video appearing on your channel. You know what: we did not even see the toy hauler in real so was a little bit stressed it would not get your prime pooping position. Likes: 8k generator, 3 AC units, front engine diesel and the mid-entry door and second door in the rear. Dislikes: Bedroom is tight, bathroom is tight and no washer/dryer in the garage. I would get rid of the dinette and put in a fireplace with a televator and make the kitchen larger.

I don't have any toys to put in it, but that garage would be a perfect spot for our 2 cats. Keep them in there so don't tear up the good furniture. Plus a cat box in there would work perfect. We tried leaving them home with a caretaker, but all we do is talk about them when we don't have them. So we just gotta take them. Good job Matt and Newmar.

Hey Matt, you know I love you guys.. The Canyon Star is a 3927. 39’ 10”. Potable water is filled through the city watt connection, just turn the black valve to tank. Great review, very nice rig. Love the ceiling, they didn’t do that in our 2019. Weird how the tv in the bedroom doesn’t flip, like ours. Love the garage.

I would like the option to have a window where the TV is at the dinette or a window with at televator. I also would like the option of the bed over the drivers and passenger side because I want this motor home for dog shows and the garage would be just for my dogs.

Ours is on order and we factory pickup mid November. We took the front TV out which gave us extra cabinets in the front, optioned in the Washer and Dryer, and added in the Bedroom inverter so I can use my cpap anywhere. I love that it's like the mullet haircut. Luxury in the front, party in the back. :-) Thanks for a great review!

This is a beautiful motorhome! I love it, too. This particular one is lighter than the first one we saw, a couple of years ago. At that time, they had an option for a washer/dryer in the toy hauler. It was the year that it became a front diesel. You always give a great tour!😊

Rear toy door is manual so you could probably add a chain and place to hook it on either side and lock it into a porch.

I have to say I love the look of this Toy Hauler. But I have one major complaint. It is missing a drop down bed over the Cab. You have a TV over the table. You don't need one over the CAB but you can always use another place to put a person or two.

I am so in love with this one... My 3 dislikes would be the same as yours. Other than the doors swinging up, I do like that they put the vents less in the middle of the floor. I have a dog that is TERRIFIED of things in the floor. He won't go near them so when their dead middle, he literally won't walk close to them and gets stuck on one side. Pretty tragic. :D That being said, this is my favorite toy hauler set up I've seen for my taste. My family is really active and go camping alot. I LOVE that they have the bars on the bed in the garage so if my nieces or nephews, who are too squirmy to sleep with me, wanted to come have a sleep over, they'd be up there safe and sound up there. I do love the ramp/patio combo. My brother's has one and its amazing. But again, this floor plan is just fantastic. They did a good job!!

Yes, there's a washer/dryer hookup in the garage if so ordered. It normally comes with a cabinet that takes up garage space. But you can order the washer/dryer prep sans the cabinet.

Wonderful job again guys! I am so glad you reviewed this model. My husband and I have this one on our short list. I think the 3 things I dislike would be the dinette. We prefer a table and chairs. But that could be taken care of. #2. I have a hard time cooking on 3 burners, I can't handle only 2. I would want a residential stove/ oven. #3 The bedroom space. You can't use the garage area as your dining area because the space is too tight to walk through. If they put in a tilt bed it would be better. I have to agree with you on the patio door Matt. It would be nice if it was a patio. My loves: thre decor was beautiful. I love the headboard. I think it was great The garage. Can you show us the newmar ventana 4329? Also, I believe you said this was the 3909? What are the differences with the 3927 canyon star? Thank you!!!! My

Great motorhome! It's almost as beautiful as Andrea in that dress that matches the exterior of the RV (It better be for $300k). Trying to pick different things from everyone else, Really though: Radius shower, - For us short people, that cabinet in the garage can barely be reached + Really cute headboard design in the bedroom, + Nice upper bunk with rails in garage, and hard to believe, but + I think I counted 4 TV's inside of the RV.

Andrea, I love the dress you are wearing....so pretty! I agree with your likes and dislikes. When I saw the ramp door in the beginning...I thought....that would be so much better if it also turned into a patio! I also have to say....I also really like the bedroom. I like the paint on the motorhome as well. I do wish they would put one of those pull out trays on the passenger side. I do not like the bathroom at all and basically no storage in there. Hey a Class A Toy Hauler on a Freightliner chassis this is a really nice unit. Engine noise, give me a break it is a none issue. The radius shower sucks but I like it, The garage would be great for our raft, 2 mountain bikes and 2 road bikes. Add towing a Jeep and man you are all set. The garage is FANTASTIC.

Hey guys I watched the video for the Renegades toy hauler and I fell in love the storage the shower and still had great garage space for what we need it for till they said price I fell out of love. This coach is nice not a lot of storage dont like showerand that step down into the garage is not ideal for me im limited mobility and the price was way less but my wife and I still can't afford it.

Kitchen counter space is very impressive considering that larger, way more expensive units have almost no counter space. Same for the convection/micro size. The backsplash is weird placement. And an aside - we need to know where Andrea shops because i'm a dress diva and would love to know where she gets such great outfits. MAybe they could be one of you sponsors.

I think i would sacrifice the front tv to have the cab over bed. With the space considerations of the garage, having a bed that could be there for kids in particular would be great w/out having to reset the jacknife or dinette every day. IMO for younger kids, the garage isnt really a bedroom option, they are forced to climb over or go outside to get to the bathroom.

Because the deck is not flat. It is convex so that 3 wheelers and ATVs do not bottom out when crossing the threshhold.

Another video review stated the floor is higher than normal (probably because of the chassis they used) which necessitated a curved ramp otherwise some vehicles would bottom out at the top of the ramp. I’m sure someone will try to mod the ramp to use as a deck

I really like this motorhome. I don't understand, however, why this unit has propane if there is no oven or gas cooktop. It just should have been an all-electric coach and then the location of the propane tank could have been used for storage. Great video as always!

Respectfully, I disagree with you. With the garage, you ve got plenty of storage room. The propane thank is a MUST. We plan to do a lot of boondoking and will be using the BBQ quite a bit. You can’t rely on a generator or electricity all the time.

The space heater and water heater is run by propane 12v dc. And when you are camping in some national forest locations in the Rockies you cant run your generator after quiet hours and have no electrical hookups and trust me at times you will like use of the heater at night.

So just a question about the floor heat vents. Do you know that in the northern climates that have basements most, most of the houses have floor vent heat and AC. This is standard. Don't hear to many complaints about them. I have had dogs and cats with collars and tags and have never had a problem with them catching anything in the floor vents. After 70 years of living with floor vents. Have you ever had a dog catch anything in a floor vent, or is this an imagined problem.

Since you can setup a table in the rear - I’d rather do at elevator where the dinette is and build up more kitchen capacity and do theater chairs or couch with a flex table that you can use with those - work a little on making it so the driver and passenger chairs can join the party

It would be helpful if you could incorporate the weight of the vehicle, as listed on the coach, in your reviews so viewers interested in the vehicle know what the actual weight is. As we know, what the manufacturer lists in their brochures and what a vehicle actually weighs when built are often VERY different. This is no fault of the manufacturer as there's no way for them to know how much a rig is going to weigh until it's built with the options a customer requests.

Andrea / Matt, Thanks for another great review. I only have a couple of likes / dislikes….. - I like the auxiliary fuel hose outside. It saves the need to pack fuel cans inside the garage if the RV. Fuel cans can leak causing a fuel odor. - I like the table and seating in the garage. With the smaller width dinette there is still plenty of table room when including the garage table. Nice for rainy days. - I didn’t notice a power source (plug in) in the kitchen; nowhere to plug in the coffee pot. - No doggie window on the passenger side of the cab. - The radius shower is another dislike but it is what it is in this size of motorhome with all of the other features. It would be nice if there was a built in pressure washer to wash off the toys before pulling them into the garage.
