I literally grew up in that building!!! I mean the one whose outside they show at the beginning- 210 Riverside Drive. And, yes, the people who live there are completely insane. My parents told me all the co-op meeting horror stories, and I can't help thinking the writers at SNL picked it on purpose. Love the attention to detail!
