That’s Colorado for you. Back in the early 90’s, we did a stone job on the summit of Pikes Peak in the middle of July. A storm came in and dropped a few feet of snow in a matter of hours, in July!!! We had to wait several hours for the snow plows to clear the Pikes Peak highway before we could go home for the night. A famous saying in Colorado is, “If you don’t like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change”.

Hi Seven, good to see you're doing well. One warning: cows sometimes do a lot of damage on trailers and particularly wires and hoses (like propane hoses for example)... I'd try to discourage them to invade your camp (though I have no idea exactly how) and not have cables or hoses exposed if possible! Greetings, Chris (& Tracy)

Mother Nature is going through the Change of Life, hot flashes followed by chills........ Here on the Island of Crete we now have morning cloud cover which burns off by noon but is back again in the evenings and its the end of June!

Like you, I enjoy having cattle stop by for a visit when boondocking. Preferably at a distance though so I have less shoveling to do 🤣

I spend most of my summer between Salida and Leadville. Ft Collins seems to get a lot of hail and even occasional tornados. I lived in Lakewood for several years and born in Idaho Springs

its on a pole now. at that point I just got it and had the pole adaptor on order just waiting for it to arrive ;)

Seven I will agree with you on weird weather. My guess it will get weirder in the future.
