You're right Bunny. People ask me this question often as a cosmetologist. Washing your hair strips it of it's natural sebum that protects it. Overall washing your hair isn't necessary. People wash their hair because people perceive it to be more attractive that way. It's also ingrained in our society that we have to wash it. I only wash my hair about once or twice a week. Thank you for sharing this curl tool :)

just a quick tip... when you take the curl out, use your finger to twirl it in the direction that it goes. then you can break them up (dividing the curl in half), just make sure to keep twirling when you undo them and then spray with hairspray right away to set them. sometimes curls get confused and you just have to remind them which way to go!! lol if that makes sense. i do wedding hair :) oh, and i think the finger curl thing you were referring to is pin curls. you put gel in the hair while wet, twirl them in your fingers and then use a little clip and let your hair dry naturally. that is especially great for girls with blue or gray colored hair because if you try and put heat on that , sometimes it turns brown or yellow. Guy tang has a video about that. i promise that it's a weird thing but true. love you and your videos!
