Wow very impressive scans for a self-contained unit. I just bought the cheapest scanner on the market, the CR-Scan Ferret SE. Normally I wouldn't consider it, but I got it for $150. It's actually very surprising how good the scans can be, but they are nowhere near this level, and you do need a pretty decent computer for the best experience.

How does the M&F THREE compare to something like the Creality CR-San Otter or CR-Scan Raptor. They are both cheaper, but I'd still like to see a head to head comparison. You said the software is way better, and they aren't comparable....why/how? Also, Raptor and RaptorX ALSO support laser, but they also do structured light. If you want no laser, the Otter is the same except no laser.
