Bui Vien is the famous party street in Ho Chi Minh City, and it is also mostly local people. I'm going to Siem Reap in December, I'll be there for a month, hoping to find some more chill night spots to meet people, not interested in loud clubs.

Just stay away from Tuktuk drivers , everything else is really nice in Siem Reap , highly recommend !!! . If you are nice and stay away wrong people than its amazing place !
