Welcome to Sea Doo Adventures - Episode 149 - Crazy Rapid!
In this video we are up around southern Georgina Bay launching out of the Penetanguishene area for a nice hot summer day on the water. We have been out to explore Giants Tomb Island, Beckwith Island, Hope Island and Christian Island and all the amazing waters and shoreline these amazing places have to offer. Now its time we head to the main land and check out a river I alway enjoy seeing and this time could not even get past the first set of rapids they were that crazy! ​@MarkForrestAdventures I think having a firm mount for your dji controller would help with droning while driving. Velcro might work.

Yes I have been thinking about that the other day and trying to figure out the best way to do that and yes velcro is the way I was looking.

Nice footage Mark , I have to plan a trip there. Cant believe $30 to launch, anything over 15 is a ripoff. Fortunately there are still many places that are free

Thanks so much Rick! Yes well worth it to go there and explore. Oh I know $30 to launch and park is high but for the convenience of the ramp and location small price to pay in the end, but yes the free ones are still always best. Cheers!

I’ve gone up that rapid a few times, ya a little sketchy looking. Only problem is you don’t get much further up the river, the next rapids are usually too shallow, which is to bad because if you make all the way to three rock Shute that’s a beautiful waterfall.

Yes I have gone past this one a few times but your right that next one has never let me past but I would love to. Would like to see the three rock shute as it looks very beautiful for sure. One day I will risk it lol

you can pause your video and get his boat registration number and report to transport Canada along with your video mark ! that is not safe boating on a no wake zone !

You are right not safe at all. If it was anything worse than just the camera mount I would look into it more but not worth it at this time but great idea to get the numbers for sure. Hope your summer on the water has been good been anywhere cool so far?

That is the DJI mini 3 pro. Great drone for what I do.

Oh I feel your pain on that. So far only one into the water but was able to get it back. Just watched my buddy put his right in a river a few weeks ago. But hey this is the price to play when you film on or near water but I think it's so worth it for those amazing shots you can get!
