Love this pattern would be ideal for charity quilt, particularly if you had children prints, we make quilts for a special school where the younger children are given quilt on their first day and thats their snuggle quilt until they graduate to the next level and then they take their quilt home. We also make quilts for children in care as well as homeless and for a hospice so always looking for simple and quick patters that have a sence of fun about them. Our group love the potato chip pattern. So easy and quick once you get chain piecing. Blessings to you.

Hi Helen, thanks for watching and for all your charity work. I have another fun pattern coming up soon. It is a Jelly Roll pattern that looks really fun. The Potato Chip block is always my first choice for a quick quilt. I can't get enough of it!

We used to live in Fairview, NC. Loved it but, we had to move because my husband couldn’t find work and my family (mom and sister) was getting more abusive. I didn’t realize it was abuse until I went for counseling in 2008. Best thing I ever did for myself. I still have friends that live in Weaverville and Hendersonville and Mark’s brother lives in Asheville. Long story short the Lord brought us to Bluffton, SC. Jesus knew that we had to move to a warmer climate. My daughter had to have chemo and she ended up with Raynaud’s. She’s cancer free but, now her kidneys are stage 4 kidney disease. The doctor can’t figure out why her calcium keeps going up. She also has Bronchiectasis and lung scarring is getting worse. I know that one day she’ll be healed from ALL her ailments.

As a left-handed person and one who has watched Vanessa of The crafty Gemini, I will mention that when you were cutting the second and third example that is the correct way to cut your fabric. You want your ruler protecting the majority of your fabric so in case you veer off with the rotary cutter you’re not cutting into the rest of your Fabric. Second observation is that you really don’t need to spend all that time inserting cartoon clips. Most of us are really interested in watching what you are doing. And I’m sure you have watched the Missouri star quilt Company, shabby fabrics, Donna Jordan of Jordan fabrics, and then of course Vanessa of the crafty Gemini those are all very successful KZbin channels and they don’t spend the time, inserting clips. A lot of people have no idea how long it takes to put a video together. Save yourself a lot of time and just stick with the tutorial. And of course there’s going to be people who think it’s really cute. Yes, it’s funny but it’s not necessary. That could be another reason why you lost some subscribers. Just my two cents.

I am not fond of all the cartoon-ish stuff. I find it distracting from the great info you have to share. Your followers-if others are like me- are not children.
