Guys! I take this opportunity and render my most sencire accolades to all the team members, for bringing us such amazing content. This is a great documentary exposing the hidden atrocities perpetuated by rogue state officials, who are supposed to safeguard the law, as anchored and envisaged in the constitution. I am an enthusiastic and energetic Kenyan and i love my country so much. I won't say that we don't have democracy, but our democracy can't be compared to that of America. They say that we have the rights to express our feelings and emotions, but if you try to confront our officers here off the camera, you will be dead meat before arrival and nothing much will be done on that. Kindly i invite you here in my country Kenya and make them more enlightened. But we are heading there slowly but surely. Kudos 👏

Yet another instinctive reaction against poster 7 to call the police. The only fault I could make about the police officers are the fact they are wearing none issue sun glasses and if they were recording you on their body worn cameras or personal devices, they have to state that fact, as they then become GDPR data controllers, which also comes with a list of statements they need to make, as well as not knowing th basics of the constitution. But over all, lets hope a revisit shows the Post Office learned a lesson today. Great news coverage of how the post office overreact.

You are correct however you are mixing up your u.k. aspects with u.s. lol but basically you are correct but there are some states that require notice technically however it has been decided that blatantly recording on its own and not surreptitiously done meets the terms of not secretly recording and that still only pertains to areas where an expectation of privacy could exist. Police aren't required to notify in the u.s. apart from perhaps individual department policies. @viralsheddingzombie53242 жыл бұрын
They have criminal jurisdiction under State law. If there is a disturbance on the property and someone is arrested, they will be arrested and prosecuted under State law. It's the decision of the prosecutors to decide jurisdiction, not the police.

@viralsheddingzombie53242 жыл бұрын
Wrong, because a US attorney will not charge a petty offense under federal law. It will be filed in State court. IF there is a violation of federal law, which is typically more serious felonies, it would be filed in federal court.

What a sorry state of affairs, denying people their inherited rights. Although it can be painful to think about what kind of authoritarian world they might leaving their kids, it is essential to maintain justice & liberty. 😢
