Saaaame here - our shelves have ratty baskets from flower arrangements, parts and pieces of toys or electronics that don’t make any sense, lots of plastic tableware. It SUCKS

I drive two hours to a bigger city (4 hrs round trip). Try to once a week but can't always. Then still slim pickins.' But I'm addicted! I'm going to have to open my store soon. My dogs can't walk in my house anymore! :)

That "reproduction doll" i had one when I was a kid. 70's and it came with a smell, somewhere between baby powder and rain so soft. For some reason I remember really liking her.

I just went garage saling for the first time this year yesterday and today and scored myself a piece of viking crackle glass and a viking 22" swung glass vase for $9 combined and I have to thank you for educating me through your videos enough to spot them! I'm over the moon :)

Blue and White little stove with pot on top is a wax warmer. Small candle fits in the tiny skillet to warm the wax or liquid potpourri that's in the pot on top of the stove. It's adorable!!!!

For those very cute glasses if you use the glasses fix kit you can put one or two of the little rubber bands on each side at the hinge and it will make them fit tighter. Otherwise you can heat a dish of sand and put the handles in the warm sand then you can bend them in. Make sure you don't get heat on plastic lenses.

The ceramic stove is a candle tart warmer. The tea light goes in the little pan, then placed inside the stove; the tart goes inside the pot on top.

The thing you thought was a wax warmer was a potpourri warmer. You put a tea light candles in the bottom and potpourri and water in the tip. Pre Scentsy

Hi Jocelyn, I feel I need to mention about the small black bowl with the pretty blue glass chips in the glaze on the base.. I grew up with 2 potters and one of them gave me a plate with a beautiful multi-glass chip glaze and told me definitely NOT to eat from them or even store fruit etc in them as the glass is toxic. but just to be used for decoration only. cheers to you, andrew and the munchkins

To tighten your glasses use orthodontic rubber bands. Just try to get something similar in color. Thread on up the side pieces to the joint where it meets the lense frame.

Italians designed design. Those glasses are cool. If it looks vintage and says Italy then I buy it. A few days ago I scored an Italian space age lamp. The simplest thing in that influential line. Still looks great.

I absolutely adore what this one channel does. She takes trolls in pins the comment. The most rude obnoxious troll comment of them all. And they get the pin of shame. It's hilarious cuz everyone goes to the comment and you know questions a person talks to the person. And 9 out of 99.9% of the time. It shuts them up. I think it's very funny...

Some of us would not just say hi and walk away as that lady did, I would have said hi, and probably say something like, "oh, you found something cool", or ask why it was a good find. A little information: the glass flower is missing it's tube like vase that the spiral went around. As far a hand bags look at the zipper in ones that have them. The better ones will have a heavier metal zipper as opposed to the plastic ones.

@@nancyjames9471 inside, there are only a couple of vendors left that have old, vintage type items and they are pretty much priced retail. They have kind of swept out any junk sellers and only have more upscale type retail and food shops for the bus tours. However....if you come on a Saturday....early...when it's decent outside, there are hundreds of vendors and most of them are old school junkers, home clean outs, etc. In the summer and during the three big holidays...memorial day, 4th of July, and labor day...you will also get quite a few antique dealers that have good stuff, but you have to know what you can get for it in order to know if there is room for profit.
