It always helps to look at the base if you are trying to figure out if it is old or not. The base edge on that vase looks well worn, so I would say old.

At about 13:15 there is a piece of American Fostoria which always sells. Usually a good profit margin. I have an entire luncheon set, all the tumblers, wines etc. And serving pieces. It's not cheap to replace. I'm going to give it to my daughter and let her figure it out. Lol.
