Conditioning.LOL With that noted, and as I can't put everything on brief videos like this, pulling in like a show is only need with the opponent is close enough to strike you, otherwise, you don't need to do that all of the time!

So at a distance, relaxed posture. Possibly using a fence. Then tighten up for attack.

Back heel always up. Flat feet might be good for stability, but fighting is about movement. In other words, when your feet are flat, you 'stuck in the mud' and can't move effectively. One of the biggest mistake I see in MMA.
