Your home is a relaxing, inviting space, but I would live on your patio... love the outdoors. May I suggest you watch another You Tube channel called "Summer Rayne". Her apartment is wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling plants, over 600 plants. Oh, and she has a pet chicken instead of a cat. I would love to see a tour of your outdoors.

I love your home crammed with plants and that you call them 'him'. We are the same in our house. We have a lot of plants, white walls are the backdrop, but no matter how many, we think we always need 'more plants'! I love tending to them and telling them how beautiful and clever they are :-) It's so good for the soul!

Loved your houseplant tour. It’s fun to see what plants people in other parts of the country are able to grow. If I could make one suggestion, will you please mention what facing window (N,S,E, or W) your plants are in front of. You may have said and maybe I missed it. Thanks for taking the time to share your plants.
@CrazyPlantGuy6 жыл бұрын
Elizabeth Duecker Thanks. I only have a south facing window. My windows are floor to ceiling so it’s enough to reach all the way to the back of my place. South facing does give me a lot of options on the plants I can have. 😊 although I wish I had a skylight window. Haha
@milyvelez86826 жыл бұрын
Luv ur collection! Try to get the pencil cactus...Also, I would hang individual plant shelves from the ceiling or a home made ( pipe) curtain rod and thick rope on your bedroom windows, it will add a rustic touch to your modern style, maybe using glass shelves if possible. You can try covering the side windows only if you want to have bare window in the middle. I prefer the light filtering through the plants for a forest feel. Just an idea. Whatever you do, do not stop what u r doing!!! MilyDarling from Florida

Great to see you got the Neon Pothos Christian. Your new plant collection is awesome! I do have a question. I have a large hanging Pothos with heart shaped leaves. Its hanging near a wall. I noticed that it started to climb up the wall!! It started growing these odd "feelers" for lack of a better word. It literally attaches itself to the wall, so far it has reached the ceiling!! Have you ever seen that? I had no idea that Pothos did that. lol
@CrazyPlantGuy6 жыл бұрын
Patricia Grant I’ve never seen it, but it sounds so cool. And I’m not surprised because Pothos trail and they have aerial roots so they will latch and can be trained to climb up on walls. 😊

I suggest looking on pinterest if you need ideas for layout but a floor to ceiling shelves around your t.v. will look awesome along wall where you already have existing t.v. in my opinion. Quick question for you - my monstera has been getting brown spots on new leaf growths and it has been growing very slowly. Any ideas why? I think it may be due to the lack of lighting.

Your spider plant looks like my first plant ever. I have always cut the spiderettes to gift them to friends but as for the spider plant itself it's just TOO TOO BIG. Hi Nick. Beautiful plants. I love the string of hearts. I bought 2 and 1 completely died because it was infested with bugs. The other one I bought from a different nursery and I keep it in a hanging container very close to a south facing window. I noticed the leaves at the top where very lush, but most have turned yellow and mushy. The strings themselves have the heart shaped leaves but the longer the vine gets the tinier the leaves appear. It does however grow the flower bulbs. Just wanted to know if you could offer any advice on care. I don't water it that often, not sure what to do. I love her and I want her to survive. Help! And where did you say you purchased yours? Thanks so much.
