There's also a lot of humidity so plants like these do really well, but don't try to grow succulents in the UK, it takes bloody ages.

When we were kids,we used to find oxalis in the garden every rainy season, they were green and purple,and we used to call them salt plants ,they are salty and taste good when you chew them

Wow! Finally glad to see an indoor jungle vid from someone in the UK. You’re the wonderful mother to some gorgeous plants. If it’s not too much trouble, I’d love to see an in depth winter care video for tropical plants. I’m in the uk too and I’m worried. My Draceana Massageana, Fatsia and Ficus Elastics are all doing well so far I think but you can never be too cautious 😅
