1) Rhipsalis. I have several. I love them all. 2) Hoyas. Have several. But my favorite is probably the Hoya Kerrii. 3) Swiss Cheese Plant 4) Pink Princess Philodendron 5) Cubu Blue 6) Devils Backbone Succulent. 7) Prayer Plant. Again, I have Several. My favorite is whichever one isn’t being finicky at the time. 8) Watermelon Peperomia 9) Oxalis have a couple different ones. They are my last edit obsession. 10) String of Pearls, Hearts, and bananas. I KNOW! That’s really 3 but I couldn’t decide between those 3.

Crazy Plant Guy I live in Florida or I would mail you a cuttings of the cebu. They have hanging baskets of the cebu at our local home improvement store called Home Depot for $9.99. The purple Oxalis I have came from bulbs. A friend gave them to me. They were super easy to grow. The bulbs look like little peanuts. If you see them available somewhere, know they are easy and grew for me into a bushy pot of Oxalis in 2 months! It took me A YEAR to find the Pink Princess Philodendron and the Hoya Kerrii. I found the Pink Princess Philodendron at a Plant fair for $20.! Look for the Kerrii around January/February. I hear they are out around then for Valentine’s Day. I found the one heart leaf Kerrii for $5. a few months ago at a nursery. I bought it knowing there is only a 10% chance of it ever developing into an actual plant. But, in saying that, it seems to be Loving Life as a little heart leaf in a pot. I found an actual nice big Kerrii 2 weeks ago at another plant fair for $15.! Love your videos. It’s fun to see what is available in other areas.

!!! The satin pothos actually isn’t a pothos at all it’s scientific name is scindapsus pictus and they are not a pothos or a philodendron despite the common names being ‘satin pothos’ and ‘silver philodendron’

I love how enthusiastic you are about plants!! My top favorite is also my monstera or as it’s known in my house as “lil monster”. This plant is native to my country in South America and on a recent trip I came across one with the fruit it produces which I heard tastes like half banana and half pineapple. I’m a bit surprised that you didn’t include your fiddle. Anyhow love seeing your plants they’re just beautiful

Nad Thank you. I love the Monstera when it’s in the wild. I’ve seen huge ones in Hawaii. I’ve never tasted the fruit but I heard the same thing. 😊

Two plants that I find absolutely gorgeous and different are calathea warscewiczii and calathea white fusion (peacock?). Absolutely stunning. I especially love the white fusion because of the pearly white shimmer it has on its leaves, and the warscewiczii has this amazing velvety feel to it. Definitely my all time favorites. Great video!

I'm more of a tree girl than a plant girl. My favorite would be banana tree, golden shower (cassia fistula), plumeria alba and monstera deliciosa. My number 1 plant would be lotus.

Hi Christian. So fun to see someone passionate about their plants! I love all of mine. I was so happy to see your string of hearts. I have a small one growing from a cutting from an older relative who was given a string of hearts plant in the 1960s by my grandmother. I really love hoyas, and all of mine are growing from cuttings from my other grandmother's plants. I've been enjoying my piggy back plants (not sure what their official name is), and they are easy to propagate by tucking a rolled up leaf in soil. I have a fishtail palm that needs much higher ceilings than what I have in my apartment (9feet). I've got LOTS of other plants too. I'm glad I found your video.

I’m from Costa Rica, bird of paradise grow everywhere here as well as many of these featured plants, my low light indirect light face plants are the ceropegia wodii and the string of pearls, if you visit Costa Rica you’ll be in your paradise

Monstera deliciosa 3. Maranta leuconeura "erythroneura' 2. Silver Satin Pothos 1. Calathea lancifolia/Venus Flytrap (TIE!) I had a hard time doing this! I only selected ones that I currently have. If it were top 10 of any available, my list would be very different!

I have a HUGE bird of paradise that i got for $49. I watched it for 2 yrs but the lady at the plant nursery would not sell him to me bc she stereotyped me and said that it would be too much for me. SN: I have always been a plant dad, but nevertheless, she said it would not flower anymore bc it was too old and sold it to me for $49! So here's how to activate the flowering cycle: I placed him underneath an overhead lamp with a common bulb and heavily water him every 2 or 3 weeks, maybe a month at a time and i have seen about 6 flowerings in the past year or so, ive gotten maybe 6 or 7 new leaves, and he'a grown about 2 feet taller and wider! Pretty easy to care for, so go for it!

zz plants are fun until they get 4.5ft tall and are really hard to water: the stems start to flop (always when watering but I don’t know why) all over and the weight of the stems start to pull the whole plant out of the pot. So I carry mine always to the shower when watering and hold the stems and let the water run down the drain until they go “perky” (they still are really floppy tho) again in like 30minutes. That pot weights so much and it’s a pain in the back for a short girl like me... nevertheless my zz plant is so beautiful and has been my baby for 6 years now so I guess I can’t complain❤️

I’m impressed you were able to choose 10 out of close to 100! I agree with you on the rubber tree and monstera but I would add my ficus Audrey (that I’m currently obsessed with) and my fiddle leaf fig. All of my others are pretty equal for me 😁

love your houseplant list. One of my favorites is my Delray Croton because he is so easy to take care of. Also loving my Ponytail Palm, weird I was told at the nursery that the Ponytail palm grows really slowly and that was a reason why I bought him, I wanted something that I could keep in my window sill for a very long time, but I repotted him and I will already need to repot him again because he has already grown so big.

My favorite houseplants are the cute ones! I love the pilea and the dwarf umbrella tree. They keep producing new growth and I’ve only had them for about a month! I also find my watercolor looking rubber tree cute! I’ve had it for about a month and it looks good but no sign of new leaf yet. The older plants that I have that I like is my peace lily. It’s pretty and I always have flowers... even during fall and winter. The rest of my plants I like but I’m not obsess with them... i like them all though. I have 21 plants I believe. I would love a Kentia Palm, big fiddle leaf fig tree (I have a baby one but I want a big one now), and bird of paradise.... I have no place for them but I want them 😞

Happy to come across your channel. I live in the tropics trust me when i say the Birds of Paradis ia a massive plant they Re beautiful but grow uncontrolably this is yhe first time i ever saw one potted. They have the most Beautiful flowers though

My top 10 of plants I own in no specific order are Croton Silver Pothos Crown of thorns Lipstick plant Fiddle leaf fig Bird of paradise Diffenbenchia (sp chk) Rubber plant Spider plant Calathea This one makes eleven but I do appreciate this plant a lot: Zebra Plant This one makes twelve but I do appreciate this plant too: Orchids For the plants that I had but are in plant heaven Purple passion Calathea (3 of 4 have passed on) Purple shield Begonia (3 of 3 have passed on UGH!!!) Butterwort plant Fittonia Arrowheads (2 of 2) Snow fern Ivy (attracts too many monsters aka bugs) There are others but I don't remember the names. Smh

Im hoping to get my string of hearts plant 2moro from Etsy 😍🤞 I'm really excited to get it and Im getting more confident with plants now after how my succulents and cacti have done the last year (and yes I even used to kill cactus) 🤣 I recently got a dumb cane and a scindapsis coz they are beautiful and they are doing well so far and I've done a tonne of research so onward with my plant journey! I actually almost picked up a tenth plant today from my local supermarket but I put it back coz I don't have a huge amount of room 😂 it's gonna get out of control, I can see a whole ass jungle happening in my kitchen 💚🍃🌿

I AM DYING TO HAVE A STRING OF HEARTS!!! OMG yours is absolutely gorgeous omg omg!! I have two bird of paradise in front of my home right against the wall and I live in Tampa Florida the only thing I worry about is when it starts getting into 32 degrees 33 degrees that's when I get nervous. Then some of the leaves will freeze off and I cut them. They're almost as tall as my roof. Yours looks beautiful. By the way mine have never flowered for me and I've had them for 3 years and I got them when they were smaller than yours are now. they're supposed to be white with purple on the inside. I also have at full sun in my front yard a yellow and purple and orange and purple. So all together I have four of them. 👉👵👈

I love all the top ten you have and I am still looking for whale fin and pilea which I can't find around here. I love my neon pothos and other pothos my zz plant of course snake plants.....ahhhhhh too many to mention
