Creality CR Scan Ferret a Cheap 3D Scanner that Actually Works!

I have been testing a lot of 3D scanners out and tried the Creality
Cr Scan Ferret and I was very surprised at how good it worked all around on large and small objects.

I was a crowdfund supporter for the CR Scan Lizard. Very happy with it. I haven't tried the Ferret, but from what I understand it's a lighter duty more mobile solution. The Scan Lizard can be used as a handheld too, but it's more chunky and I haven't tried to attach it to a phone so I don't know if that is even possible.

Hey Dave, My coworker just showed me Scannaverse. His new iPhone has Lidar and he scanned his coffee mug and 3D rotated it on his phone and he can scan it from his phone. He can then send that file to his 3D printer apparently.

It works with android phones, but they need 8 GB of RAM minimum.
