Choux pastry cream is a type of cake that is loved by many people. With this method, the finished cake will have an even golden crust and an empty gut. Ingredients:
Filling:
3 egg yolks
70gr sugar
25gr corn starch
450ml milk
2tsp vanilla
50gr Unsalted butter
Pastry:
25gr corn starch
125gr All purpose flour
(or 150gr cake flour)
250ml hot water
20gr sugar
100ml vegetable oil
4 whole egg, cold.(60gr+-/1 each)
