Steel demand in South Africa has been declining over the past view years for many reasons. One of the reasons is because the infrastructure development in South Africa has drastically slowed down. Think about it - every building, road, bridge etc that is built, requires steel. South Africa Government policies are behind many of the domestic development and manufacturing failures.
