Creamy Black Sambo
This recipe is a two layered jelly dessert; the white part is plain milky layer and the black part is chocolaty layer. This is very simple to make, the ingredients are gelatin, evaporated milk, cocoa powder and white sugar. Topping is optional but you can add whatever you like.
white layer:
2 tsp gelatin(soaked in 1/8 cup water)
410ml evaporated milk
1/2 cup white sugar
370ml all purpose cream
1 tsp vanilla esence
black layer:
2 tsp gelatin(soaked in 1/8 cup water)
410ml evaporated milk
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder,unsweetened
370ml all purpose cream
toppings:(optional)
white chocolate
chocolate chips
