i've always wanted to do a casserole of some kind but because im not familiar with doing it idk how it'll come out, but i'll save this recipe and try it out one day hopefully, i've eaten brocolli and cheese casserole before though and loved it, but my family doesn't do casseroles at all lol

That does look good! You couldn't use 3 cans of soup if you didn't make both boxes of noodles, lol! Now, if the fam doesn't eat all that, you package it up for lunches for the grown-ups in plastic or glass containers and freeze it. I have a microwave at work and I never have to buy lunches because I package leftovers like that. Also, I would serve that meal with some fresh fruit on the side because it's so heavy and loaded with carbs. This isn't criticism! I make food like that all the time! But some cantelope or peaches with a little sugar helps me feel less bloated after eating my own cooking and I feel like we're getting some more vitamins and fiber. See ya later!
