I made this and it turned out awesome. I didnt have chicken stock so I made some with boulon which added to prep time. It took me a lot longer to prep than recipe starts and this is one of the reasons. I had frozen broc so I microwaved that half the time , so it didnt get mush. I used jasmine rice

Just made it tonight! Substituted chicken thighs in, and regular white rice (just used what I had) and didn't have enough milk so I substituted for 1/3 cup of sour cream and water! Topped it with some mushrooms I had sauteed the other night in the freezer Delicious!!!

Love this channel I have made so many of your recipes and haven’t had one that no one likes. I have been looking for a recipe for broccoli and rice casserole this is the closest that looks like what I am looking for.
