Hi,, I just wanted to ask if you can clarify your Tablespoon size - is it equal to 4 teaspoons or 3? I'm from the states but I've lived in Australia for 20 years. I have found that all of my new measuring spoons are an American standard - in which the tablespoon = 3 TSP but my very old measuring spoons are the equivalent to 4 teaspoons. I'm unsure if this is due to influx of Chinese products made for American market or what. If I am unsure, I usually check to see where the recipe is from.... especially because American & Australian cup sizes are also different....which is why I freaking love the metric system. I had a tough time at first, because I have dyscalculia but once I memorised the conversions I didn't have any issues and now I can easily use an online conversion tool, if necessary. Btw, thanks so much for sharing. I love your recipes! They've helped me get through a tough couple of years and even lose 40 kg, so far. I pick one meal per week that gives me several serves and that's the main thing I build the rest of my food regimen around each week. It gives me variety, something to look forward to, and keeps me motivated.
