I grew up in a small city with a Greek and an Italian minority. Greek food wasn't well known so many Italian Food Restaurants were run by Greeks. By far, the best Italian Food was made by the Greeks.

Dimitra, I've been making your chicken shawarma recipe and it was a huge hit with my family. It is absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for sharing high quality Greek/Mediterranean recipes on YT. In another video you mentioned that you are located in Houston and couldn't find bread flour anywhere. I am in Houston as well and am having the same problem. Where have you been getting your bread flour? Or do you only use all-purpose now? Do you host in person cooking classes as well for advanced recipes? By the way, have you been to Phoenicia (on westheimer)? It is amazing! Thanks!
