Parang hilaw po ung crust sa ilalim ksi transparent pa ang dough.😁

Hindi po sya hilaw. Transparent po sa ilalim dahil sa moisture galing sa flan. At kung ang ibig nyong sabihin ay di sya ngbrown or natoast, yun po ay dahil walang direct init sa taas tulad ng sa oven pero luto po sya at mkikita nyo yan noong inislice ko. May crunch yung crust.
