I learnt from a Ukrainian friend of the family about 45 years to do something similar. You first heat up the cream in the pan then put in your eggs. Poached eggs in cream. They are absolutely delicious. Thank you for a slightly different version to "eggs with cream".

That’s new, I’ve cooked many years. I’ve not seen that one. It’s like eggs and gravy but not!!🤔 I’m going to incorporate that in my next breakfast meal. ❤
