Super frustrated right now so I'll try to remember that and be polite. Suggestion: most recipe KZbinrs will either post a link to a written recipe with an ingredients list, write the ingredients in the description, or show a pop up on your video with the recipe ingredient amounts. Any one of these would have been very helpful as a mother who was trying to make dinner and getting repeatedly interrupted, it was incredibly difficult to listen through all of your ramblings to the point in the video or you actually said how much cheese to put in and I had to rewatch it three times because I missed it. Your description only had a link to your website but your website only has the video for the ingredients and how to make it. That being said, thank you for the helpful tips on how to keep cheese sauce smooth and creamy without flour.

Hi Kristie! Your videos are great, lots of good ideas and tips. I’ve been keto about 3 yrs, had WLS 13 yrs ago and I’ve lost a total of 140 lbs. I’ve been a subscriber for awhile and really appreciate you! ❤️ I’m a nurse, and almost 60. I’ve got lots of extra skin and it’s really bothering me, not sure why it’s taken me so long, but I’ve come to the conclusion I need skin reduction/body contouring surgery on several areas, especially my arms, breasts, tummy and thighs. That’s about everywhere lol. Anyway, your videos from several years ago when you had your arms done have helped me and were very valuable in sharing with my husband what your experience was. I have a consult next week and I can’t wait to see what the surgeon has to tell me. Anyway, thanks for sharing your journey with us!

Sodium Citrate (a common safe food additive) can help with the separation problem. It prevents the fats from separating from the proteins.

Instead of a plate, I use a cutting board. I hold the grater against the cutting board and shred a lot faster and easier on the wrist.

I use a sheet of wax paper. Larger surface, less mess and easy to fold over, pick up and dump into a container. Just about any method would be better than she demonstrated.

I just found your story and enjoyed it so much♥ very inspiring. I simply cannot get my family on board with keto. I think they think it's just too simple to be true. They do not want to give up their treats and soda;( I love the fact that my hunger is diminished, no sugar cravings and food is not the boss of me lol. So thanks for sharing your story and videos. I add a teaspoon of sodium citrate and it keep it from separating. Doesn’t effect taste at all. Instead of cream I use chix broth. So very good

I make that recipe and I also make one with HWC and ream cheese instead of butter. I love to use either sauce to make my cheesy, scalloped rutabaga. Thank you for all your recipes!

Thank you for the tips. I always shred my own cheese, but will get it to room temp now. Always learning from you, lol. This sauce looks so yummy and I'm not even hungry, LOL
