1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

Instructions:
Boil Potatoes: Start by boiling the potatoes until they're tender. Let them cool, peel, and cut into cubes.
Prepare Dressing: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar/lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
