​@@tess9652sometimes when you buy Pablanos, some will be Spicer than others. They are never hot, they are so delicious. I always buy a Pablano as well as bell peppers when I make Chili. So good with hot buttered Cornbread.

Decreased all the cream and cheese products, added chicken broth, served over Vigo cilantro lime rice. It was AMAZING?? Husband went back for 2nds.

I adjusted this recipe a little. I puréed poblanos ( added a roasted jalapeño or serano) to and onion after adding spices (no cumin or chili powder) and cooking til ready; add some of cream. Then returned pan either cream, chicken and corn. This is good with adding pasta.

I bet that would be delicious with any sort of grilled leftover meat. You have shrimp, beef, pork or otherwise. I might serve it over Spanish rice with a slice of lime on the side and maybe a margarita… Homemade corn tortilla chips would also be fantastic! Looking forward to trying this the next time I get in the kitchen to cook.
