You seem like a great mom. And I am not sure what others will say... you are a chef. Chef term is managed by schooling. However, you have more experience just by doing what you do. You are more of a chef than most Food Network stars (stars.. mmk). A different technique than a chef does not make you, not one. You ARE more down on us normal people level, but hit the good chef level of the best restaurants. Be Proud Catherine. Never stop your channel. If you repeat recipes...DO IT.

I like you get the family in on your recipes. My mom taught me and my sister how to cook. My Grandma on both sides taught me how to cook. They taught my how to make several gravy,’s which most doesn’t know how. So show that! Fried Chicken gravy and Brown Chuck Roast gravy comes to mind! Great video!

I like to make what we call scrambolee which is sausage, hash browns, eggs and cheese. I could see adding either hash browns or diced potatoes to the breakfast bombs. Thanks for the new idea for my kids.

Great quick breakfast Catherine and Joseph!😍 I would probably make these with bacon and eggs!🥓🥚 And there's nothing wrong with using the Pioneer gravy mix, it's fast and really tastes good!😚 I usually have some on hand! It's almost like we've watched Joseph grow up while cooking with you in the kitchen! Although the first time I saw him, he already looked 6' tall! Rhianna and Joseph probably cook together all the time now!☺️ I've got all the ingredients to make your Potatoes, Sausage and Broccoli Casserole!😌 I'll probably use two baking dishes so I can put one in the freezer. It's like when I made your Million Dollar Mac and Cheese, I had so much that I was giving it away! It was the best mac and cheese I'd ever made! Good morning to everyone. I love the idea of the bombs. I did them long time ago with bbq ground beef for a get-together. Cooked beef with chopped onions, added favorite bbq sauce, and shredded cheese. After baking little dollop of ketchup and a slice of pickle on top.
