►Ingredients for the Creamy Shrimp Pasta
►Fish Prep
500g salmon fillets (cut into medium pieces)
400 - 500g large shrimp or prawns
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cajun spice
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp light olive or any neutral oil
Use the above seasoning for shrimp/prawns as well
►Main Pasta Ingredients
Enough water to cover the pasta for boiling
300 - 400g pasta (tagliatelle or penne)
Boil the pasta when the sauce is almost ready
►Mushrooms Prep
3 tbsp garlic oil
5 - 7 chestnut mushrooms
Some fresh thyme
Pinch of salt, pepper
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Some butter
►Sauce Prep
Cook the fish first
For both salmon and prawns, you will need
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Some butter
1/2 tbsp fresh dill
1/2 onion
Some pasta water 1/4 cup (use when needed)
550ml or 2 cups double/heavy cream
Some fresh thyme and dill
2 tsp cajun spice
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Salt to taste
1 cup grated mature cheddar cheese
Some parsley
►Garlic Cheese Bread
250g unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
5 roasted garlic cloves
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp finely grated mature cheddar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp truffle salt or normal salt
Bread
Cheese as required

Salam Chef! I made this & everybody loved it at home :) thank you so much.. i didnt have cajun spice and smoked paprika so i substituted with kashmiri chilli powder and sweet paprika. Also subs salmon with chicken but it was still yummy!
