The color wheel template Teoh used came from one of Nita Leland's books. The title of her latest book is Confident Color. It contains the color wheel templates along with several others, all designed for use with the exercises outlined in the book. It's available at most public libraries along with many of her other older books. However, the Confident Color provides such good reference information that you'll want your own copy eventually. At least that's what happened to me!! Lol

You make me think of my own youthly time as teacher and artist, I used Johannes Itten, The art of color. And both me and the students was mixing colors in different material as acrylic, oil and watercolors.

Thanks for sharing your swatch book. Its a great idea. I make swatches on sheets and having a book of swatches is much better than loose sheets.

Genius. So smart to have a book instead of loose sheets of paper. When I paint I get my stack of sheets. It would be great to get one swatch book. Plus, I’ll be sure to get a larger sketchbook for this purpose. Thank you!!
