This was a pleasure to watch. I really like the final lockup too. I'm a big fan of Astute Graphic plugins - massive timesaver. Haven't heard anyone (apart from you) reference freehand in a long time.

It’s been twenty years since I used FreeHand but there are things it did way better than Ai that Ai still can’t do or just doesn’t do as well. One feature is sub-selection. The way they implemented it in Ai blows and it won’t work at times. Thanks Jamie.

Continue to love your videos that I discovered not long ago. I really appreciate your tip on how to create the perfect spaces with offset path as well. So clever!

You're right, we do love process videos :-) I have Astute Graphics as well, I use the hell out of extend path and many others, but it is always great learn a new trick by seeing what you use! Going to start using that Arc by Points tool. Would love to see a video on your use of other Astute Graphics tools, though I'm pretty sure you've made that in the past. Keep the videos coming, this logo is fantastic! That guy needs to come to his senses haha.

Hi Von, How are you ? I don't miss any video you put on youtube. I love the way you build your vector. I love the process. But I miss how your draw. I know your recommend "How to THINK when you DRAW tutorials!" but I want to know exatly how your genarate idea for a drawing. I am talking about how you use pencil and paper to make those amazing drawing, later that you make vector. I love your vector building. But I need to know the drawing. Thank you very much to upload more tutorials often this year.

Okay -- "Extend Path Tool" has got to make it worth getting the plugin just by itself!!! HOW is this not native though?!?!? BTW, that graphic would also look *awesome* on the bibs they usually provide with a lobster dinner. :)
